A 15-year-old girl from Romania is to undergo surgery after swallowing her toothbrush while imitating "extreme" moves from adult films.

Reports identify the girl as Andreea V from Falticeni, in Suceava county in Romania. She went to the A and E hospital and told doctors she had accidentally swallowed her toothbrush.

But her friends had a different version of the story. They say the girl swallowed the toothbrush while imitating some "extreme" moves she saw while watching adult movies.

An X-ray on the girl's stomach reveal she indeed swallowed the toothbrush.

However, doctors said they would have to operate on the girl because toothbrush does not come out "naturally."
