After a year-long investigation, 32 South Floridians are being charged with drug-related crimes. The group is responsible for actions taken out under "Operation Carpetbagger."

U.S. Attorney R. Alexander Acosta says the investigation into "Operation Carpetbagger" focused on heroin smuggling and distribution organization, mainly in Palm Beach County.

A West Palm Beach federal grand jury handed down the indictments.

Charges include possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession of a firearm for drug trafficking crimes.

Officials report two suspects are still at large.
