An eight-year-old autistic boy had been given his own postal box because he loves sending letters to his friends and acquaintance.
Gareth Scott, from Gatley, Greater Manchester, England now has his own postal box in his garden after a private company donated one for him.
His mother, Denise, had written the Royal Mail to ask if they could supply her son with a postal box. But the Royal Mail declined her request and referred her to a private company named Romec.
Romec boss Paul Carr said he was so touched by Gareth's story that he sent a weighted fiberglass box and postman's hat to the boy for free.
Denise told The Sun newspaper, "He's over the moon."
