A one-storey building in Edinburgh, which used to serve as relief stop for bus drivers is expected to fetch for $60,000.
According to agents Graham and Sibbald, they have already rejected an initial offer of $30,000 for the former bus drivers' toilet, which is located just at the outskirts of the city.
"We hope to be bogged down with inquiries," a spokesman for Grahams and Sibbald said.
Although ruling out the possibility of having the one-storey building converted for other use, Graham and Sibbald said the high visible location is suitable for an excellent advertising site.
