Many patients at some of Hollywood's most noted dermatologists and plastic surgeons have been fuming over the inability to get appointments in the weeks leading up the Oscars.

Many of the stars and starlets in attendance will be flaunting new cosmetic enhancements as they walk the red carpet that evening.

Dr. Stephen Greenberg says that there has been an increase of up to 20% in the utilization of cosmetic enhancements by today's movie stars.

He continues, "I see it all the time, it may not be a breast augmentation or a new nose for this one occasion, but the request for botox, restylane, cellulite treatment and facial rejuvenation is markedly increased this time of year. I have celebrity patients who want to look their best when they put on that glamorous evening wear, and a little plump here or a little tweak there, goes a long way towards giving them the confidence they exhibit."
