Instead of hitting the beach for Spring Break, a college student spent his time off at an Iowa Wal-Mart , becoming a celebrity of sorts. Skyler Bartels spent 41 hours earlier this month wandering the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Windsor Heights to test the retail giant's advertising of being able to get anything day or night.

A minimum security prison on Bastoy Island is advertising for prisoners to come to its island with spectacular sunsets, tranquil waters and serene scenes of nature. "We try to take a cross-section of the country's prison population, not just the nice criminals," said Oyvind Alnaes, governor of the prison.

rostitutes in the Brazilian city of Salvador are going on the air with their own radio station. The Association of Prostitutes of Bahia state has won government permission for the project - it is scheduled to begin later this year. The station will not be used to generate business, but instead will feature programs about the trade and will discuss issues such as human rights, social questions, and sexual abuse.

Six teenagers are arrested on drug charges after a parent flips through a cell phone to discover a text message and photo advertising a pound of marijuana for sale. Police say Farmington teens would call teens in Shrewsbury, Mass. to arrange a drug sale. The teens in Mass. would then allegedly use the phones to take pictures of the product and send them to Connecticut.
