An airline pilot from Maplewood got twice lucky this weekend when he won a $25,000 lottery jackpot - two days in a row.

According to Minnesota Lottery officials, Raymond Snouffer Jr. first matched the numbers of Saturday's Northstar Cash with odds of about 170,000 to 1. The lottery ticket numbers that made him an exclusive winner were 11-14-23-26-31.

However, Snouffer tried his luck yet again on Sunday, and to his surprise and excitement, he again won. This time he abandoned 11 and switched to 3-7-19-28.

According to AP reports, Snouffer's win is extraordinary as the sequence of lottery ticket numbers was so unbelievable that the odds against it were "virtually incalculable."
