American firm Under-Tech has launched, Under-Ease pants, the world's first pants with built-in underwear designed to contain the smell of farts. The Web site of the company claims over 10,000 satisfied customers have tried and tested the new product. Buck Weimer, President of Under-Tec and inventor of the pants said the underwear has a built-in, multi-layered, replaceable filter made of felt, charcoal and fiberglass wool that traps the smell of flatulence.

One woman is lucky to have escaped injury after a piece of an airplane crashed into the roof of a home near Midway Airport in Chicago, Illinois. A 12-inch disc from an engine turbine wheel fell only 2 feet from Dorothy Gohn's bed, while she was laying there sleeping. Authorities from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) say Gohn wasn't injured in the accident.

A woman was charged Wednesday with sexual assault after she landed in to a heated argument with a male flight attendant aboard a flight from Charlotte, N. C. The U. S. Airways Flight 1494 was on its way to London. Conan Bruce, a spokesman for the Federal Air Marshal Service in Washington, said that not only the woman disrupted the flight, but she also sexually assaulted the flight attendant.

A teenage girl who fell asleep during a flight from Malta to her home in Bulgaria awoke to find herself back in Malta again. The Air Malta crew apparently didn't notice the sleeping girl, 17-year-old Maria Ilieva, when they landed in Sofia, Bulgaria, so she kept sleeping. When she woke up, she had returned to Malta, her family said Friday.
