Jockey Paul Carberry is pleading 'not guilty' to breaching the peace on a flight from Spain to Dublin last month. BBC reports that Carberry, 31, is accused of setting fire to a friend's newspaper on an Aer Lingus flight.

AirTran Airways, The Coca-Cola Company and Wendy's International, Inc. took America's affinity for drive-thru service to new heights today, after completing the world's first fly-thru quick service order. The inflight fast food refueling took place at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport as an AirTran Airways Boeing 737 taxied through a specially designed Wendy's drive-thru.

A airline passenger is detained after allegedly breaking an airplane window during an American West flight from Las Vegas to Florida. The passenger was later released on $25,000 bail, including home detention with electronic monitoring. An FBI affidavit states 24-year old Ryan J. Marchione smashed the inner plastic shield covering the glass window and detached its frame about 90-minutes into the flight. However, the outer window was not damaged and the plane did not depressurize.

Authorities report a passenger with air rage punched a hole in the interior pane of an airplane window on an America West flight from Las Vegas to Florida. According to an FBI affidavit, Ryan J. Marchione, 24, shattered the inner plastic shield covering the glass window and disconnected its frame 90 minutes into the flight from Las Vegas to Tampa.

A man is charged Wednesday for interfering with a flight crew after he strikes a Frontier Airlines flight attendant before being subdued by other passengers and duct-taped into submission. Jason Glen Tervort, 26, hit a female flight attendant, yelled profanities, spit at and bit other passengers while on a Tuesday evening flight from Houston to Denver, according to a complaint filed by the FBI, reports Reuters.
