The passenger was later released on $25,000 bail, including home detention with electronic monitoring. An FBI affidavit states 24-year old Ryan J. Marchione smashed the inner plastic shield covering the glass window and detached its frame about 90-minutes into the flight. However, the outer window was not damaged and the plane did not depressurize.

Jason Glen Tervort, 26, hit a female flight attendant, yelled profanities, spit at and bit other passengers while on a Tuesday evening flight from Houston to Denver, according to a complaint filed by the FBI, reports Reuters.
