A runaway poodle spent 17 hours over the weekend delaying flights at Boston's Logan International Airport after escaping from her kennel as it was being unloaded from the plane the dog flew in on from Detroit. Choochy the poodle was pursued by a dozen airport employees and state troopers across the tarmac for 17 hours after breaking free Saturday night.

Moroccan carrier Royal Air Maroc has an extra passenger on board upon touchdown Saturday afternoon at the John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. Airport officials said that a pregnant woman on a flight from Casablanca to New York gave birth in midair before the plane landed.

Six People Aboard Two Planes That Collided In Midair Survive

Six people miraculously survived after two planes they were riding landed safely after colliding with each other over Grand Junction, Colorado on Wednesday. The Cesna 210 plane flown by two sheriff deputies and carrying two prisoners to a Colorado Department of Corrections facility returned and landed safely at the Grand Junction Regional Airport with its front landing gear unreleased while a Cesna 180 with a father and son aboard landed upside down in a field 15 miles southeast of the airport, Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Mike Fergus told the Denver Post.

X-ray Scanners In Australian Airports Can See Through People's Genitals

Australia's Office of Transport Security is installing new generation scanning equipment in airports that could see through the private parts of passengers. The scanners are being pilot tested at the Melbourne Airport. Travelers will pass through scanners for a "virtual strip search" in the next six weeks. Sydney and Adelaide will start their tests next week.
