After thirty Scandinavian women went topless on an Albanian beach resort, the Albanian police were left speechless.
A local newspaper in the town of Sarande said, "Police only watched ... they could not approach the tourists because they spoke no English."
Children at the resort were dragged away by their mothers and the police responded to numerous complaints of the topless females at the resort.
Two hours after they first arrived at the resort, the Scandinavian females left when their guide learned that nude bathing was banned on public beaches.
In the Balkan country of Albania, topless bathing and nudity are still taboo subjects.
