Srinivas Amarnath, inventor of Ladybird Bio Beer says the brew contains aloe-vera extracts as well as the normal ingredients: barley malt and hops.

The son of Annette and Jeff Carter, former President Jimmy Carter's youngest son, has been placed under house arrest after a plea agreement reached Friday in Fayette County Superior Court. Jeremy Carter, 18, of Peachtree City was arrested in December of 2004 after being discovered in the home of a former friend with marijuana and alcohol.

Police arrested a woman Wednesday after she attempted to open an airplane exit door while the plane was still in the air. Reports indicate the 52-year-old woman from Dania Beach, Florida, left her seat and tried to open the door as the United Airlines flight was descending into Seattle to land at an altitude of about 4,000 feet.

A man who chased his neighbors with a 2-foot sword while naked last winter pleads guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon. Curtis Rarick, 45, faces up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine at his sentencing September 16.
