The infamous Watergate building is being purchased by BentleyForbes, LLC. The Watergate building holds both residential and commercial space, even offering a supermarket, and is the site of the burglary in 1972 of the Democratic National Committee office.

A new billboard campaign suggests tourists take a trip to Alaska before it's too late. The billboards, displayed in Seattle, Los Angeles and Minneapolis, largely suggest "Alaska B4UDIE'' - short for, Alaska, before you die. The Alaska Travel Industry Association launched the monthlong, $180,000 campaign Monday.

Actor Ashton Kutcher, 2, marries his girlfriend of two-years actress Demi Moore, 42, in a ceremony in Los Angeles, California according to US Weekly and People Magazine. Reportedly present at the wedding were Moore's ex-husband Bruce Willis and their three-children as well as actress Lucy Liu.

A letter from the superintendent at Ontario Christian School claims 14-year-old Shay Clark student was expelled because her parents are lesbians. Superintendent Leonard Stob wrote to Tina Clark, the girl's biological mother, "Your family does not meet the policies of admission. "According to Stob's letter, school policy requires at least one parent may not engage in practices "immoral or inconsistent with a positive Christian life style, such as cohabitating without marriage or in a homosexual relationship. "

A man claiming to be wrangler Jay Young, who had been hired by the city, told several media outlets, including The Associated Press, he had caught the 7-foot alligator, "Reggie," overnight. Ron Berkowitz, the Los Angeles Recreation and Parks superintendent, who supervises the area that includes the lake says, "To the best of my knowledge and all the reports I have received this morning, it was a hoax. I called the zoo to verify and the gator is not there. "
