The high stakes family feud involving Anna Nicole Smith and her late billionaire husband's estate hits the Supreme Court today.
The former stripper turned weight-loss promoter married the Texan when she was 26 and he was 89 - now she's hoping for a big payday.
Marshall died the following year and after a long, drawn-out battle with his adult son, Smith was awarded $474 million dollars by a federal bankruptcy judge. That amount was later reduced to zero.
At issue today: whether state or federal courts have jurisdiction on the matter.
Justices will be hearing arguments on when federal courts can get involved in state probate cases.
