A shopkeeper ignored an armed gunman who demanded money, telling him to go to the back of the line.

Ingrid Kassel, 27, told police she thought the gun waved at her was a fake, so just ignored the man and him to get to the end of the line.

According to detectives, the robber entered the Vienna shop, walked past the line of customers before pulling the gun and demanding money.

"I thought he was joking or something so I told him to get to the back of the queue," said Kassel. "The other customers thought I was really cool but it was only afterwards I realized it was really dangerous."

Shocked at the bravery displayed by the shopkeeper, the robber just fled empty-handed, leaving customers stunned.

Police are still looking for him.
