Israel Recalls Ambassador After Being Found Drunk, Bound, And Naked

Israeli ambassador to El Salvador Tsuriel Raphael has been removed from his post after the long-time diplomat was found drunk and naked, wearing only bondage gear. Israeli Ministry spokeswoman Zehavit Ben-Hillel confirmed the removal of Raphael after El Salvador police found the ambassador outside his residence in the Israeli embassy compound bound, gagged, drunk and naked, except for several sex toys he was reportedly wearing at the time.

Siblings Competing For "Australian Idol" Title Becoming Tradition

American Idol isn't the only "Idol" making international news. In Australia, siblings competing for the "Idol" spot are becoming rather common. This year, Jessica Mauboy, the 2006 Australian Idol Runner-up, may see older sister Catharine on the competition stage in front of Ian "Dicko" Dickson, Marcia Hines, Mark Holden, and Kyle Sandilands vying for the 2007 title. Lavina Williams, sister of 2005 runner-up Emily Williams, made it to the 2006 finals along with Chris Murphy, who is 2004 contestant Courtney's brother.

Duckling With Rare Four Legs Born At Hampshire Farm

Stumpy, the eight-days-old duckling, stands discrete from the rest of the members of his family. The chicken has born with a rare mutation that has left him with an extra pair of full-sized legs. "It was absolutely bizarre. I was thinking 'he's got too many legs' and I kept counting 'one, two, three, four,'" Nicky Janaway, a duck farmer in New Forest, Hampshire, said as she showed the duckling to reporters.

Aussie Man Catches Shark With Hands After Vodka Shots

An Australian man, drunk on vodka, caught a shark with his bare hands while fishing off a jetty at Louth Bay, a town on South Australia state's Eyre Peninsula, about 870 miles west of Sydney. Phillip Kerkhof caught a 1. 3-meter (4-ft. ) bronze whaler shark with his bare hands off an Australian beach on Friday while it was swimming in shallow waters.

Wave Campaigner Will Continue To Spread Message

Mexican wave campaigner Matthew Newton says his $25 ticket to the Australia-New Zealand cricket match was worth the national publicity to bring back the Aussie crowd tradition. Newton was ejected from the MCG after instigating a stadium wide Mexican wave, which has been banned by Cricket Australia.
