A 66-year-old man watering his lawn was killed after he got into an argument with another man over water restrictions in Sydney, Australia.
Todd Munter, 36, is now facing murder charges for the death of Ken Proctor, who died after the former punched and kicked him after an argument.
Proctor was reportedly watering his lawn Wednesday night when Munter passed by and uttered something about water use restrictions, prompting the former to spray water at him.
A verbal tussle ensued and soon Munter responded by punching and kicking the victim, who was already at the ground at that time.
It was an off-duty policeman who broke up the fight. Proctor was reportedly rushed to a hospital but died later.
Munter was arrested and appeared in court on Thursday.
According to authorities in Sydney, Proctor was not violating any water restrictions when he watered his lawn.
