An Australian man announced online that he was putting his entire life up for sale, auctioning it to the highest bidder. According to 44-year-old Ian Usher, the winning bidder will get his home, his car, all his material possessions, and even his job.

Usher explained that with regards to the job, the winner would be given a two-week trial employment at a rug shop in Perth, Western Australia.

"When I say everything is included I mean EVERYTHING is included!" said Usher. "Upon completion of the settlement I will walk out of my home for the last time in just the clothes I am wearing and carrying only my wallet and my passport."

The Times Online reported that Usher decided to put his entire life up for sale after splitting with his wife of five years, Laura.

"I appreciate that many people have had to cope with much more than I have, and have had much more sadness in their lives," he said. "This is just my way of dealing with what has happened to me."

Not giving full details about the divorce, Usher merely explained that his intentions were to just look to the future and see where he ends up.

"My current thoughts are to then head to the airport, and ask at the flight desk where the next flight with an available seat goes to," he said. "and to get on that and see where life takes me from there."

The auction will go up on eBay on June 22, and will last for seven days. The UPI reported that Usher hoped to get at least $500,000.
