Austrian ski instructors in Arlberg region have agreed to bare it all after students ask them to release a naked calendar.

It was reported that 24 male and female instructors stripped their clothes off and braved the Alpine cold over 6,000 feet above sea level to pose for the Ski Instructors Calendar.

A company spokesman said students have been asking their instructors to make their own naked calendar/Europics. The idea was first broached by a drunken British ski-school member who tried to persuade a group of ski and snowboard instructors to strip off.

He said, "We often get men staring at the female instructors and many women seem to sign up just to flirt with their teachers, so we thought, why not give them what they want?"

The calendar has both male and female photos on each page and can be flipped over depending on preference. There are two versions of the calendar, male and female/Europics, the spokesman said,

One of the volunteers, snowboard teacher Kiki, 28, said she loved being a model. She said, "I never had any idea it would be so much fun."

Gerhard Lucian, publisher of the calendar said he thought it would be difficult to convince the instructors to strip off for the project but he was surprised over the positive response.

He said, "In the end we had so many people sign up, and they were all gorgeous, it was actually very hard to choose. It's such a pity the year only has 12 months."
