A man with a large "Grand Theft Auto" tattoo on his back was arrested for stealing a car. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said Shylo Kujawski was seen acting suspiciously in a Vancouver neighborhood where cars had been stolen. Police said Kujawski's tattoo was used to identify him as a convicted auto thief.

A U. K. truck dealer is selling his British Harrier fighter jet for $38,000. According to The Sun, Christ Kelly is participating in the Auto Trader exhibit to find a buyer for his jet and claims the Harrier saw action in the Falklands War against Argentina.

Nine Indiana auto part workers whose factory will close at the end of the year, rendering them unemployed, won the $9 million Hoosier Lotto jackpot. The nine men, all of them current and former Delphi Corp. employees, contributed weekly to pay for tickets worth $50 in the lottery. All of them remained patient, for more than 15 years and never gave up their dream of winning.

A man who was overpowered and beaten after he attempted to rob an auto-parts shop is suing the shop for assault. Dana Buckman, the 46-year-old robber entered the shop and brandished his pistol on the employees. They seized it, held him and beat him up with a metal pipe. He escaped after the incident but was later arrested and sentenced to 18 years.
