Nearly 4,800 Golf Balls Stolen From Kansas Golf Course

Professional golfer Jeff Johnson is confused over the robbery of nearly 4,800 fluorescent yellow golf balls from a suburban Kansas City golf course on Monday. Johnson, who heads the Sunflower Hills Golf Course, said it would have taken someone hours Sunday night to pick the balls up from the range. The balls were lying there scattered after being hit earlier in the night.

Man Discovers He Is The "Idiot" Winner Of Powerball Lottery Prize

An Iowa man was on cloud nine when he discovered that he's the "idiot" who hasn't claimed an $800,000 Powerball lottery prize. According to Iowa Lottery staffers, Ed O'Neill of Clinton had purchased the ticket for a Jan. 6 Powerball drawing but didn't think it necessary to check the results until a co-worker pointed out an article in the local newspaper which mentioned of a person who had failed to claim a hefty Powerball lottery prize. O'Neill, 58, who works for the Clinton Chamber of Commerce, said he was talking to a receptionist at the Chamber who cursorily showed him an article saying, "'Read this article about the idiot that hasn't claimed his ticket. '"

Mysterious Ice Chunk From Sky Crushes Car In Florida

A mysterious 18-inch ice chunk fell from the sky and crushed the upper portion of a car belonging to a man from Florida. The roof of the Ford Mustang, owned by Andre Ravage, 20, was crushed down to its seats on Sunday. Ravage's neighbor Raymond Rodriguez was changing a tire when the strange chunk fell from the sky. "I was scared," AP quotes Rodriguez as saying who was only a foot away. "It's crazy, man. "

Police Sue Gym Teacher For Teaching Students Football

A school gym teacher is now in hot water after military police in the Brazilian city of Niteroi filed a case against him for teaching his students how to play football. Unfortunately for Assad Couto, the gym teacher at the Military Police Superior School, his students play "terribly," and the footballs always land in the parking lot of the neighboring Military Police Association and damage parked cars.
