The London-based mother of a seven-year-old girl kidnapped by her enigmatic American ex-husband in the U. S. on Sunday has posted a video on the Internet appealing for the return of her daughter. "Clark, although many things have changed, you will always be Reigh's father and I will always be Reigh's mother. We both love her dearly and have only her best interests and well-being in our hearts. I ask you now, please please bring Snooks back. There has to be a better way for us to solve our differences than this way," Sandra Boss, 41, said on YouTube.

Who wants to be a billionaire? Go to Zimbabwe. The central bank of Zimbabwe will release a new bank note, a 100 billion Zimbabwe dollar note, on Monday in a move to curb rampant cash shortages in the country. The 10-digit denominated note, however, is only equivalent to one dollar in American currency.

Three people are in U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on charges they stole ATM PIN numbers enabling them to grab at least $2 million from Citibank checking and savings accounts. Although the extent of the breach is unknown, the alleged crooks pilfered the PINs between October 2007 and March when bank customers used ATMS inside an unknown number of 7-Eleven stores. Around 5,700 Citibank ATMs are located in U. S. 7-Elevens. However, the bank neither owns or operates the automatic tellers.

Italian architect David Fisher said Tuesday he plans to build a third rotating tower in New York. The first two under construction would soon rise in Dubai and Moscow. Fisher disclosed he was inspired to build one while atop a friend's apartment in Manhattan as he imagined a structure which would permit New Yorkers and their visitors a view of the East River and the Hudson River.

A 92-year-old man has been barred from marrying a 17-year-old Egyptian girl. Even though the parents of the girl accepted the offer of the 92-year-old Arab man from a Gulf state, the ministry of justice stopped the marriage from taking place on the grounds of a law that prohibits marriages between people with age spans of 25 years or more.
