A bar in eastern China is allowing its customers to release their anger, frustration or pent up emotions by hitting its staff.

The China Daily says the "Rising Sun Anger Release Bar" located in Nanjing, eastern China allows customers to smash glass and even hit the restaurant's specially trained workers.

You can even ask the restaurant staff to dress just like the person you hate or want to beat up. The most popular choice is, obviously, the boss.

One of the restaurants patron Chen Liang said, "The idea of beating someone decorated as your boss seems attractive."

The bar is owned by Wu Gong who says he got the idea of putting up such a restaurant while working abroad as a migrant worker.

The bar employs 20 men who were issued protective gear and were trained to handle the stress, and pain, for the job.

However, another customer said he is not in favor of using violence to release ones anger or hatred towards another.

Liu Yuanyuan said, "If people really feel angry, they should adjust their lifestyles or seek psychological treatment."
