A couple who decided to pick up the roadside trash because they grew tired of seeing it lying there for long time, found a winning scratch-off lottery ticket. The Clinton County couple, Ronnie and Tina Abbott, found the lottery ticket worth only $15 on Sunday while picking up garbage near Frankfort, about 55 miles northwest of Indianapolis.

A man who cleverly tried to escape the drunken-driving charge eventually landed himself in further trouble after he called the same person for help whose identity he had faked. Sebastian Nabor, 28, was charged with criminal impersonation for using his brother's name to avoid a DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) charge. According to authorities, Sebastian was arrested driving early Sunday after an officer saw him hitting the curb. On closer approach, the officer smelled alcohol and found an open container of beer in the car, the Texarkana Gazette reports.
