Two Bigfoot hunters from Georgia will unveil Friday a photograph and DNA from a carcass of the legendary creature they claim to have found in the woods of Georgia. In a press statement, police officer Matthew Whitton and former prison guard Rick Dyer said they will present the evidence at the Cabana Hotel-Palo Alto from noon to 1 p. m. They claim that Bay Area Bigfoot researcher Tom Biscardi has examined the carcass of the Bigfoot stored in a freezer.

A California man explained that the discovery of the legendary Bigfoot was essential to the further advancement of scientific research and discovery. Daniel Perez, the director of the Center Bigfoot Studies, explained that the discovery of the creature would shed light on the scientific community. Because of this, he had traveled across the country, interviewing people who claimed to have seen the elusive primate.

There have been claims by many villagers in the remote north eastern Indian village about spotting "bigfoot"-type hairy giants, who are huge and are roaming in the jungles. Prompted by numerous such claims, the authorities in the area have ordered an investigation into the sightings in the Garo hills area of Meghalaya state, close to the borders with Bangladesh and Bhutan.

The Malaysian Forestry Department reports that they have failed to sell a single "Bigfoot" permit, despite reported sightings of the mythical beast in local forests. Che Hashim Hassan, the department's director in the southern state of Johor, says so far no one has bought any of the 500 permits the office has printed.
