An Israeli woman wounded in a Hezbollah rocket attack is saved by her silicone breast implants.

A spokesman for Nahariya Hospital in northern Israel says shrapnel embedded in the implants, just inches from the 24-year-old woman's heart.

He tells Reuters, "She was saved from death."

The woman was treated and released from the hospital.

At least 1110 people in Lebanon and 157 Israelis have been killed since the conflict started in July.

On the second day of a tenuous ceasefire, Israeli forces are beginning to pull out of southern Lebanon.
