A transgender man who surprised the world in April by revealing he was pregnant gave birth Sunday to a baby girl at a hospital here. Thomas Beatie, 34, who switched gender from woman to man, delivered his baby at the St. Charles Medical Center. He gave birth naturally.

A 60-year-old man is pleading for help from doctors because he says he thinks he's turning into a woman. Terry Wright, father of five, claims he started losing his hair and beard 10 years ago, and over time his skin has softened, his breasts have grown and he continues to experience hot flashes.

Local officials reported Monday that they arrested a 93-year old man during a prostitution sting, with the man offering to pay an undercover policeman money for sex. According to authorities, Frank Milio came up to the police officer, who was at the time disguised as a prostitute, and offered $20 for his services.

A Tokyo High Court has overturned a Japanese pin up model's conviction after her breast size casted doubt on the testimony against her. Serena Kozakura, 38, had her conviction for willful destruction of property overturned after her lawyers successfully argued she couldn't have committed the crime with breasts so large. The model allegedly kicked in a wooden door to a man's room and crawled inside, to reportedly catch him with another woman. In her appeal, her attorneys held up a plate showing the size of the hole in the door and said Kozakura could not possibly squeeze her 44-inch chest through the opening.

A transgender woman slapped a Catholic hospital with a lawsuit after she was denied breast-enlargement surgery. She is suing the hospital for charges of discrimination, because of her sex-change operation. Charlene Hastings, 57, recounted that upon going to Seton Medical Center to inquire about the surgery, she was blatantly told, "God made you a man. " She said that the surgical coordinator said that their facilities were not to be used to assist transgender surgeries.
