One of the most powerful men in the world, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, has said that he's never experienced a 'Hugh Grant' moment as does a fictional character in the 2003 hit "Love Actually."

In the film, Hugh Grant, who plays the British prime minister, is caught dancing at his 10 Downing Street residence when a tea lady interrupts him mid-flow.

Blair does say that Martine McCutcheon, the actress who played the tea lady, had recently been to Number 10 to visit a friend, and that staff sent her in to surprise him.

According to Blair, "The door opened and in she came with a cup of tea...It was great."
