After an extended vacation, Kim Ledford returned to her home only to find a strange man in her bed and a woman wearing her clothes.
And as if adding insult to injury, another man walked up to ask her why she was in his house.
However, once things were sorted, police charged Kelly Jo Moore, 45, and Cornelius Goode, 29 with burglary.
The man in the bed, who was not immediately identified, was not charged.
According to Decatur police spokesman Lt. Frank DeButy, Moore, who was wearing Ledford's clothes, said during initial investigation she was willing to leave the home if it was causing a problem.
DeButy added Goode had falsely claimed to be the owner of the residence.
"It's unclear how long the intruders had been living in the house," said DeButy who added they also found drug paraphernalia on Moore.
Both Moore and Goode have now moved to their new home - at the Morgan County Jail
