A Chinese businessman is the proud owner of a MiG-21f plane from a U.S. seller on the online auction Web site eBay.
The fighter jet cost the businessman $24,730, about the price tag of a typical minivan.
A Beijing newspaper reports the businessman plans on using the former Czech jet to decorate an empty space at his offices, a newspaper reported Sunday.
The seller says its in excellent condition based on museum quality inspection.
The Beijing News newspaper identified the Chinese buyer as Zhang Cheng and he says, "I like to collect valuable items. I have the buying power and my company has an empty space where I can display the plane."
