Wanna-be drug dealers may soon have a crash course in their narcotics trade as a one-time Texas drug agent plans to market a how-to video on concealing drugs and fooling police. Barry Cooper, who has served as a police officer in East Texas for some time, was described by his former boss as perhaps the best narcotics officer in the country.

Boo has returned. The runaway 4-year-old grizzly bear returned to his enclosure at the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort outside of the Canadian Rockies Saturday. His keepers say more than likely, Boo came back because it's easier to get food at his 22-acre enclosure, and mating season has ended.

A 16-year-old girl says she was just doing a favor for her boyfriend - holding his stash while he was seeing his probation officer. The girl was busted after setting off the metal detector at the Porter County, Indiana courthouse.

A Chantilly High School teacher accused of giving pot to a student was arrested Monday. Thomas Newlun, 53, faces charges including distribution of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Police say the teacher gave a small amount of marijuana to a 17-year-old student after Friday's class. The boy handed the drugs over to a school security officer.
