A Chinese soldier stationed in Hong Kong is fined for stealing a Mickey Mouse key chain from Hong Kong Disneyland. Zhang Qinggang, 27, was charged with theft and ordered to pay HK$1,000 (US$129) for nabbing the HK$35 (US$4. 50) item from a gift shop at the theme park in January.

There is such a things as having too much money. U. S. Customs agents in California bust a man with 250 bogus billion-dollar bills while investigating him for currency smuggling. Tekle Zigetta, 45, pleaded guilty to three federal counts of trying to bring cash, phony bills and a fake $100,000 gold certificate into the United States in January.

A 67-year-old German man is busted for collecting 26 years worth of his dead brother's pension. Police stopped the man for driving without his seat belt and uncovered the mystery after the man took on the identity of the dead brother.

In Florida, a former head of an escort ring is now suing the very clients he previously served. Arthur "Big Pimpin' Pappy" Vanmoor, 46, has filed a lawsuit against six former customers, saying that they broke the law by using his services "illegally," and as such, led to his arrest and deportation.

Julie Kay Russo, 32, was arrested Monday on 20 counts of forgery after she tried to pass an allegedly forged payroll check at the S & S Superstop. She was busted when the store clerk became suspicious when he noticed the word "independent" in the business name was spelled incorrectly as "indapendent. "
