James A. Ross, 23, seems to have trouble letting go of his criminal past, which include arrests for posing as a firefighter and a mortician. On Sunday, he was arrested once more for pretending to be an appliance repairman and soliciting work from two residents at The Woodbury Manor Apartment complex. He was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, which carries a maximum one- year in prison.

The Ap reports Patrick Simboli, a Massachusetts convenience store clerk, pleaded not guilty to cashing a winning lottery ticket belonging to a customer. Prosecutors say he told Elizabeth Geladeras that she had won $2 on a "cash winfall" ticket, when, in actuality, the ticket was worth $32,000, after taxes.
