A man filing a lawsuit against a Louisville, Colorado Home Depot claims the retailer failed to aid him after being glued to a toilet seat. Bob Dougherty, 57, says he became stuck to the toilet seat last year after somebody smeared glue on it.

It was deemed as a conversation with U. S. troops, but critics are now calling it a PR move, after it is revealed the questions President Bush asked on a teleconference call Thursday were choreographed to coincide with his goals for the war, and Saturday's vote on a new Iraqi constitution. Allison Barber, deputy assistant defense secretary said, coaching the soldiers before Bush arrived, "This is an important time. The president is looking forward to having just a conversation with you. "

Police in San Antonio are on the hunt for a thief who "broke into a firefighter's car at an area mall and then took pictures of himself with the victim's camera cell phone," according to Local 6 News. According to Texas investigators, an off-duty firefighter returned to his car to find that several pieces of his gear, as well as his camera phone, had been stolen.

U. S. space tourist Gregory Olsen has started training with a Russian cosmonaut and an American astronaut for their October 1 launch to the international space station from the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Russian cosmonaut Valery Tokarev and U. S. astronaut William McArthur will spend six months at the station. Olsen will join them for a week long visit. He paid the Russian space agency $20-million for the space tour.
