The United States wins the annual Stella Artois World Draught Master Competition, a contest that rewards the world's best pourer of Belgian beers. The competition took place Friday night at the Vaudeville Theatre in Brussels, Belgium, which is capital of the beer loving community.

Police discover a successful South Florida real estate broker was once a member of the notorious 1970's Stopwatch Gang, infamous for robberies carried out in less than 90 seconds, timed by a stopwatch. According to investigators, the "Stopwatch Gang" robbed more than 100 banks and armored cars in the 1970's and 80's throughout the United States and Canada. In later years, investigators say two people joined the alleged gang specifically to add drug-dealing to the operations.

Health Canada is reportedly planning a pilot program to sell medical marijuana in select pharmacies as of next year. The move makes Canada the second country in the world, after the Netherlands, to sell pot in drugstores. According to The Associated Press, there are more than 900 people in Canada authorized to use marijuana for medical conditions.

Srinivas Amarnath, inventor of Ladybird Bio Beer says the brew contains aloe-vera extracts as well as the normal ingredients: barley malt and hops.
