Forensic examination of the bones contained in an athletic shoe found Friday on a beach near here indicate it is from a human foot. A man sleeping on a Greyhound bus traveling through Canada was killed and decapitated by his seatmate Wednesday night. Witnesses describe hearing a bloodcurdling scream and seeing a man standing over the victim, continually stabbing him. Alberta's enrollment rate is increasing as more migrants move to the province to find jobs in its booming oil industry, however, it suffers from a high dropout rate among secondary students.
