A Canadian family is looking for the return of their mother's head, after it went missing from a funeral home in Quebec last July.
Reuters reports the thieves cut Ceclie Lemay's head from her body and left behind cash as well as her earrings.
The family is offering $8,900 for information that will result in the return of the head or the arrest of the thieves.
Lemay's sister Carmelle tells the Globe and Mail newspaper, "Each morning, when we get up, we ask ourselves: 'Where is the head? Will it show up on our lawn one morning?'"
Lemay's other sister, Ghyslaine, says, "We think about it each day. We can't find closure and we want to know who did it and why."
