A company in South Korea has introduced diamond-encrusted credit cards for the VVIP clients. GK Power has developed the high end luxury card which is studded with 1mm by 1. 65mm diamonds into a silver rivet on a highly glossy black card.

Thousands of Japanese commuters got a free train ride to work at 662 railway and subway stations in the Tokyo area on Friday morning, local newspapers reported. Train operators allowed the commuters to pass through 4,400 electronic ticket gates that temporarily failed to operate without using their prepaid access cards. The decision to give the passengers free access was to avoid confusion during rush hour.

Christmas won't be the same for one Concord, New Hampshire family that has been ordered to bury the mummified baby the family has passed down to relatives for 90 years. Relatives have kept the dead baby on top of a bureau and honored Baby John at holidays with cards and gifts. One year the stillborn infant was given, appropriately enough, a dried pet fish, relatives say.

Chicago City Colleges will train students for jobs in the casino industry if the plan to introduce casinos in the state gets approved. Chancellor Wayne Watson made the announcement after Alderman Tom Tunney (44th), owner of Ann Sather's Restaurants, suggested offering casino training if the casino plan gets Legislative approval.
