A 52-year-old man from San Francisco, Calif. was sentenced to more than 13 years in prison after he pleaded no contest earlier this month to five counts of felony indecent exposure.
Kenneth Ray Burton, whom prosecutors dubbed as a "career flasher", was arrested in July 2006 for allegedly masturbating in front of a woman on a Bay Area Rapid Transit train from San Francisco to Millbrae.
Associated Press quotes San Mateo County Chief Deputy District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe as saying that Burton already had two prior convictions for indecent exposure and a previous conviction on six counts related to sexual assault, resulting in a lengthy sentence of 13 years, four months in state prison.
He originally faced a maximum sentence of 25 years to life for his involvement in sexual assault.
