Officials who apprehended a drunk driver after he lost control of his vehicle and slammed it into a stop sign discovered that the driver's car was missing one of its wheels. The driver, 24-year old Jeffrey Ho, was found behind the wheel of his car, after police were notified by a local convenience store of the car leaving their area with one of his car's wheels detached.

A 28-year-old mechanic was apprehended at gunpoint by British police after an anonymous tipster mistook the man's MP3 player for a gun. Darren Nixon said three police cars tailed the bus he was riding in while he was on his way home from work.

The once tranquil islands of Orkney are no longer safe at least for car owners. This after police reported that at least 60 cars have been stolen in Orkney Islands in the last seven years.

An intoxicated man called the police and asked them to arrest him for breaking into a football clubhouse and stealing some alcohol. After trespassing into the Rossendale United FC Clubhouse, 21-year Old Liam Tomlinson apparently urged police to bring him in, only to be told that there were no available police cars to bring him in with.

A boy suffering from autism grabbed the wheel of his mother's car and began to steer the vehicle to safety when his mother blacked out. Jonathan Anderson, 9, who has Asperger's syndrome, was said to have been riding in the car when her mother suddenly fainted. In response, the boy then grabbed the wheel of the vehicle traveling in traffic at 70 mph during rush hour, and steered the Toyota Avensis, eventually stopping it using the handbrake.
