Sam, the dog who earned the undisputed title as the world's ugliest dog for years, has died. The pup with the hairless body, crooked teeth and sparse tuft of hair on his knobby and knotty head died on Friday, just shy of his 15th birthday, according to his owner, Susie Lockheed.
