The mother of a missing Orlando toddler is likely to be released from jail Sunday when a California bounty hunter and his nephew, a bail bondsman, post the $500,000 bond. Leonard Padilla and his nephew, Tony Padilla are on National Geographic's reality series, "Bounty Hunters," and they told reporters they think they can help find the missing child by spending time with the mother, Casey Anthony, and getting her to tell them more than she has told police.

A Texas drugstore cowboy's efforts were thwarted Thursday after he robbed a pharmacy only to find he'd locked his keys in the get-away car. According to reports, John Wilkinson, 24, robbed the Stanton Drug Store with a caulking gun covered in a towel. He stole Xanax and Hydrocodine before leaving the store to discover his blunder. Then, he fled on foot.

He was not laughing and the court was not joking when the St. Joseph County District Court on Wednesday sentenced a 20-year-old man posing as the 'Joker' to one day in jail and 16 hours of community service, after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of malicious destruction of property. Spencer Taylor was charged with trying to steal a poster of the Batman movie "The Dark Knight," at a movie theater lobby on July 27. At the time Taylor was dressed as the "Joker" character, the main villain in the latest installment of the Batman franchise.

Most unpaid parking tickets, $13. 5 million, are from Ontario residents; $4. 6 million are Quebec residents; and $5. 9 million in tickets were issued to other parts of Canada and the U. S.
