A charitable foundation executive is sentenced to two to six years in prison for embezzling $237,162 in order to pay a dominatrix to beat him.

Reuters reports that Abraham Alexander, 45, confessed to stealing the money and using most of it to pay an Ohio dominatrix named Lady Sage.

Manhattan prosecutors say Alexander, who was an accounts payable executive at the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, forged or altered checks payable to himself, two credit card companies and a dominatrix company called Through the Looking Glass.

With the money, he purchased airline tickets from New York to Ohio and paid for car rentals. Prosecutors say he also shopped at stores called Wicked Naughty Accessories and Leather Creations.

Alexander was arrested in November and pleaded guilty to grand larceny in March.

He would have faced 15 years in prison if convicted at trial.
