Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez on Friday became victim to a bikini protester's charm during a protest against his country's plans to start up a pulp mill. The half dressed lady forced herself into a photo of European and Latin American leaders only to see Chavez give her a kiss.

A Greenpeace activist and carnival queen, Evangelina Carrozo, walked pass security men and stripped herself in a bikini and long leather boots. Carrozo carried a placard that read, "No pulp mill pollution."

"She was very pretty and I blew her a kiss," Chavez confessed. "It was one of the best things that have happened at this summit." Security men moved the Bikini Protester out of the room where the summit photo was shot.

Argentina has criticized Uruguay's plan to set up a $1.7 billion pulp mill near the Uruguay River on grounds that it will cause pollution.
