A plastic surgeon in Germany has provided the pictures of enlarged breasts of several women to police in a hope that it will help them track the cheats who stepped back at the time of payment. Michael Koenig, a surgeon in Cologne, told Bild newspaper that the women registered at his clinic for breast enlargement under a fake name, and eluded just after the surgery, which takes almost an hour.

Recalling one such case, Koeing said: "Tanja" went out for "fresh air" after 8,000-euro ($10,000) surgery to enlarge her breasts. "She never came back and never paid," he said.

Koeing said he now plans to demand an advance payment in the future.

Bild published a five-column picture of Tanja's naked breasts. "It's probably the most unusual wanted poster police ever had," the newspaper wrote.
