Cranston, Rhode Island (AHN) In an unusual display of holiday cheer, a Rhode Island man has set up a Christmas shrine of hotel heiress Paris Hilton in his front yard.

A 10-year-old girl has attacked a pitbull in defense of her Chihuahua, after the dog jumped on it. The pitbull is making a recover at the Nebraska Humane Society. The girl, Teghan Hert, was rushed to hospital, but only suffered a couple of minor scratches. She says she was taking her two-year-old Chihuahua for a walk when a pit bull came charging at them.
