The Division of Human Rights told a local skating rink in an up-state New York community that their advertisements for Christian skating on Sunday afternoons may be a violation.
Skate Time 209 had been offering an afternoon of contemporary Christian music on Sundays.
According to AP reports, officials warned Owner Len Bernardo that the advertisement may violate the state's anti-discrimination laws. Bernardo will still offer the same entertainment on Sundays but will instead call it "Spiritual Skate."
