At least 300 live venomous scorpions and spiders were seized by Philippine customs officials when a package from Hong Kong marked "personal clothing" was inspected Tuesday, a report said. The scorpions and spiders, which include deadly tarantulas, were packed in nets, bottles and transparent plastic boxes, which were concealed under clothes, report said.

Tsering Sherpa , head of Nepal's official mountaineering body, said, "People taking their clothes off and so on, these kind of things we are trying to stop. "

A 23-year-old Hooters waitress was asked to leave the flight by a Southwest Airlines employee for wearing a miniskirt that he found "too inappropriate" to fly. Kyla Ebbert was on a plane to Tucson from San Diego, two months ago, when a Southwest airlines customer representative approached her telling she would have to change her outfit if she wants to fly.

It was the most embarrassing situation for a 19-year-old Hazleton man who was left in his birthday suit on road after thieves stole his clothes at a gunpoint. Police on Sunday arrested two men for stealing the teenager's clothes and leaving him with no choice but to roam naked on road.

Though many women would agree that they are obsessed about clothes without any argument, now there is a survey to prove the fact. A recent poll conducted by a Canadian marketing company has found that women are far more clothes-conscious than men are. Almost 40 percent of the women questioned agreed they own five or more pairs of black shoes and considered it "OK," while only 15 percent of men agree. When the women were asked about the number of outfits they would need for a weekend away, sixty-seven percent of them said they would pack three or four, matched by 44 percent of men.
