School lunches are routinely criticized for being too fatty or using low-grade meat. Imagine the uproar if the raw material for cocaine was offered in the lunchroom. But that's just what Bolivia's foreign minister is recommending. He said coca leaves are so nutritious, they should be offered on school breakfast menus.

Michael Garby, 34, was arrested early Friday morning after attempting to sell cocaine to a sheriff's deputy - who was in uniform and seated inside a marked patrol car. According to The Smoking Gun Web site, Garby parked his car directly behind Deputy Edward Johnson's cruiser at about 1 a. m. Friday. He approached the officer and began chatting with him. After a few minutes, he asked, "Do you want to buy cocaine?" Johnson, who thought the man was kidding, responded, "Yes. "

Sylvester J. Williams, 21, of Leavenworth, is facing charges of possessing crack cocaine with the intent to sell it, according to police reports. The alleged drug dealer went to great lengths to maintain a professional, albeit illegal business. Williams went so far as to have business cards, complete with his contact information, made for his alleged clients.

A man is arrested on drug charges after falling asleep at a drive-thru. Police say Richard Sibila III was asleep at the wheel at a Wendy's on State Road 50. He woke to police, who administered him a sobriety test and he in turn told them he wanted five double cheeseburgers and a frosty.
