An airport inspector in Bogota, Colombia has reportedly stopped a plot to ship $300,000 worth of cocaine to Panama. The cocaine was hidden inside sets of false teeth. Colombian police said in a statement that there was 20 pounds of cocaine inside the dentures, which were seized at Bogota's El Dorado Airport. This is probably the newest and the most creative ways of smuggling cocaine.

When Michael Moylan of St. Lucie County, Florida, awoke Monday night with a severe headache, he thought perhaps his wife had elbowed him in his sleep. Worse, he thought, he could be suffering from an aneurysm. He asked his wife to drive him to the emergency room, where the nurse informed him that, in fact, there was a bullet lodged in his head.

Dutch customs police on Friday nabbed a Latin American woman from Suriname as she tried to smuggle 3. 3 pounds of cocaine into the country in a plaster cast on her leg. The woman, whose name is not released, showed anxiety and nervousness when the police officers checked her passport. Also, the thickness of the cast on her leg aroused suspicion after she showed two different letters from a doctor that did not appear genuine.

Ramona Williams was looking for a cocaine dealer's number in her son's cell phone, but instead accidentally dialed a police officer's number. The 42-year-old woman was arrested by Durant police Lt. Mike Woodruff who posed a fake drug dealer. Woodruff set up a meeting with Williams and another person Tony Whitt, 36 in an undercover operation.

A man carrying 43 pounds of marijuana in the trunk of his Chevrolet Malibu was arrested Sunday after crashing into a South Carolina police cruiser. He had been driving about 70 mph on northbound Interstate 95 when he hit a cruiser parked in one of the lanes. AP reports that Highway Patrol Capt. Chris Williamson said the officer whose vehicle was hit had minor injuries.
